This notice explains how this website, operated by Andria Valerkou Law, 22 Vasileos Stasikou Ave., 8830 Polis Chrysochous, Paphos, Cyprus (tel. +357 99965006), handles information about its visitors, in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
The short version
- We do not use analytics or advertising trackers.
- We do not log or store your IP address in the website's own records.
- The site sets only strictly necessary cookies needed for it to function.
- Our contact form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which is subject to Google's own privacy terms.

Cookies we use
The website sets a single session cookie (CONCRETE), which is strictly necessary for the site to operate — for example, to protect forms against misuse. It contains no personal information, is not used to track you, and expires when you close your browser. Because it is strictly necessary, consent is not required for it under the ePrivacy rules; this banner is provided for transparency.
Dismissing the cookie notice stores a single flag in your browser's local storage so the notice is not shown again. Nothing is transmitted to us.
Google reCAPTCHA
To protect our contact form from automated abuse, we use Google reCAPTCHA v3, a service provided by Google Ireland Limited. When you visit a page where reCAPTCHA is active, your browser connects to Google's servers, and Google may collect device and usage information — including your IP address — and may set its own cookies, under Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. We have configured the service so that our website does not itself transmit your IP address to Google as part of the verification request. The legal basis for using reCAPTCHA is our legitimate interest in keeping the contact channel secure and free of spam (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
The contact form
If you send us an enquiry, we receive the details you provide (name, email address, phone number if given, and your message). We use them solely to handle and respond to your enquiry (Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). Enquiries are delivered to our office email and stored in the website's form records so we do not lose them. They are not shared with third parties, except where required by law, and are kept no longer than necessary to deal with your matter and to comply with our professional record-keeping obligations.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal data we hold about you, to object to or restrict its processing, and to receive it in a portable format. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Cyprus (dataprotection.gov.cy).
